whats the reputation points for and how do u get them?

ppl give u rep for helping and advice. u click on the scales, top right of ur name.

You can get rep by answering questions or making suggestions, posting something that helps some one or they liked what you said for some reason. The way folks can give you this rep is by clicking on the little scale of justiice in the top, right hand side, center. If you click on it, it will give you a 'short' text box, post your comment there, click add to reputation. Most of us like it when you include you sig or initials whatever you use that would let the person receiving the rep know you were the one that sent it. Rollitup is in charge of how all of that works even though he only has about 600 posts. He has changed it as needed and posted the changes. Welcome to the forum. Here the only really dumb question is the one you don't ask. That one will never get an answer. VV
