I'm new to this site but i'm not new to growing. I've got hermies and I love them they are a great source for good seeds and since my strains are bomb I love my seeds as much as the bud. Growing is a unique deal and everyone has their own techniques and secrets. I am not bragging , just filling you in on my stuff so that you know what I got so hopefull there will be no holes in this sweater that I'm knitting. I have a plywood grow box painted with a white lastomeric roof paint it has a door wich is sealed by window weatherstripping. It is light tight and has a 400 watt supernova reflector, there is excellent ventillation and I have a very high cfm fan . The plants are grown in good soil and are planted in 3 gallon buckets. I do not monitor humidity temp or ph and my plants are always dark green super thick and oh so yummy sticky.Not many nutes and all organic just big green healthy plants. I know that my humidity is around 45% and the temp never gets above 75 deg { yes i have monitored it on and off before but not anymore} . I grow my plants for me and i dont care about bag appeal or selling someone some shit with seeds in it although they would be lucky to get some . My buds are huge thick and sticky and are a good smoke for me. I have given it away for people to try and they said that they would rather have my seedy bud over dispenceary or the street. You can press a bud onto a wall and leave it and it will be there in the morning. Thats how sticky they are, they seem to be wayyy more sticky than my non herm bud and more stoney. I guess what I'm saying is not to worry if your chicks end up with nuts it's ok.. Nature is bad ass and you should not kill the plants because they are different. They are really just doing what they are suppose to be doing. I like it freaky anyway , In know it goes against everything that you know or have been told but trust me you will be suprised..
