hermied plant

hey guys, been a minute, I just recently moved and after what I thought was a successful move 6 weeks into flower turned sour, when I mistakenly hit another tab on my timer and had my lights pop on for a few mins halfway through the dark time. 3 days later I'm seeing beans pop up everywhere. The strain is black bubba, in 3.5 gal pots growing under a 400w hps. I have two huge ladies right now. My question, should I chop now, or should I wait until they finish, I estimate 3-5 weeks remain. A lot of the calaxys are swelled up containing seeds. If I wait longer are the plants just gonna seed up entirely? Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

It takes a while for the seeds to actually form. Pics would help. There could already be shit load of seeds where you can't see.

I don't think turning the lights on for a few minutes would hermie them.

I'll have pics up in a few minutes, I'm not entirely certain how long the light was on I just know it was on when it wasn't supposed to be on

some input would be nice, I flushed them last night, in preperation of today I might chop them. plz lend me some advice
