Looks like a nanner to me but with the yellow light it's hard to tell. Have you flowered a male plant before and have see a pollen sac up close? If so and it looks like one pinch that sucker off. Some plants will normally through out bannanas if it hasn't been pollinated(sinsemilla) in late flowering and is not something to be concerned about. If it's just a couple then that's normal as is not a sign that it's a hermes but if it's popping those suckers out all over the place in early-mid flowering than yeah it's probably gone herme. You can spray dutch master reverse on the buds if that happens to kill the male flowers but if there are just a few pluck them and don't worry about it.

I don't know. I have never seen one directly on the top like that. Could just be some new growth.

I agree it is a odd place for a male flower to show up. If you've ever harvested pollen ctwalrus then you know what they look like before the release they swell and you can see the yellow pollen at the parting lines. Can you take a pic with a daylight cfl so that we can see the coloring better? That would help a lot with the diagnosis.
