Hermie or female Calyx?

Come on! I know sombody knows what these are i cant tell i guess i will just have to wait to see if they shoot hairs....No doubt in my mind that it is female..But is it male too or is it female pods too? Anyone???

No not really they are sleeping now so i can't disturb them. i have 2 def females but 2 are unsure. maybe hermies thats the best i can i do i have a good camera but it does not take good macros. its an 8 MP camera too. Thanks

i had that happen to me with a bag seed i'm growing. i made an error at one point and stressed it out, so sure enough, it grew pistils but little banana bunch looking things. it was too early to say definitively male flowers, but to be safe, i took an exacto blade and cut those little guys off. it only happened at the 2nd node on a few branches. she's 4 weeks into flowering now and looking sensimilla as i've seen no more male flowers.
hence, don't chop her, cut those little balls off and see what happens. check often so no accidental pollination occurs.

I will try and see what kiind of photos i can get tomorrow they are very early in flowering so i dont want to chop yet but if its a hermie its gone!!! I wll post more pics tomorrow i have seen female pods that develp late in other peoples grow so we will see..thanks! alot

Well if it's not many balls, you can cut em off and hope they don't return and if they do keep cutting em , but if it's in a room with other females i wouldn;t keep himher around. I mean after we have clear pics and give you a 100% confirmation obviously.

Ok i got a couple better pics. The first 2 Photos are the same plant that is def Part FEMALE can tell from the hairs on the top node. The 3rd PIC is i am almost 100% positive is Complete MALE. What do you think? All the same strain so i am not sure if the FIRST plant is a HERMIE the pods dont look like the ones on the one that i Think is a 100% MALE. This is my first grow so please give me some input thanks alot!!

IMO the first two are just females that havent shot out there hairs yet... dosnt look like theres lots of balls in clusters that you get even with a hermie.

Oh thank god! 3 females YAY!! I was pretty sure that was not a hermie, but that male is going BYE BYE!!! Stupid males!!! have 1 more that is not showing any sex so i guess we will seeeeeeee. Thanks alot man! So thouse should be some juicy hairs shooting out of those big Calyxs then huh?? I am super excited thanks man. Any other opinions???

Right on thanks! What do i do with the male, he is removed from the rest of them, but can you make tea or somthing out of them or what, i heard the male plants have thc in them but it was so early into flowering. Not sure. Not a big deal. Thanks!!!

youd need alot more than just one male plant to have anything worth making some tea or hash or butter or something
just throw it away trust me you dont want any pollen sacs anywhere near your ladies

Right on, he was chopped and KILLED!!! LOL Wife made some tea out of the leaves, NOTTA thing guess you were right, well i just checked the girls before i put them to bed and the youngest one is shooting hairs too so 4 out of 5 are females!! Thats pretty good right?? Thanks everyone!
