Hermie advice please help!

High! One of my girls in my outdoor garden has turned into a hermaphrodite. I have included pictures. This is the second one this year. I pulled the first as soon as I saw her. I’m just torn because this girl is so big and beautiful! . The other girls are in different stages but most are well into budding. What would you do? Would it be worth spending time to pick off sacks? How do hermies affect others that are well into budding?. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry.. that shit sucks. I always watch for any chance for herms as soon as the plants start showing sex.. i dont want to take a chance in fucking up the gentics of the plants ive been working with..
