HERMI-Good to smoke or not so much?...Pics

As you can see in the pics below, I've got nanners in my fem's cola...DAMN. Anyone have input as to how it will smoke? I started flushing with water so I can harvest after a couple weeks. I'll try it anyway, but if someone knows from experience, please let me know. I have a stealth grow, so I don't have the opportunity to clean out the "guy" parts before harvest. After harvest, should the "nanners" be removed? Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.:joint:

Pollen. I pick the bananas off and dry/cure the plant normally. It smokes just fine. If youre a priss about what you smoke, you could make it into hash, although i'd just smoke it.

Yeah, I'll be sure to give you a heads up when I harvest and cure & dry my "guyirl"..lol. I guess I'll just remove the nanners and smoke it up. Can't wait, first grow, so I'm still hoping it'll turn out better than the original "bag-o-weed" I got the seeds from. Even though 1 is a herm. And BTW girldatgrows, I still love seeing that picture of "you". At least that's what I'm gonna think---lucky hubby...lol:mrgreen:

is there anything in the pods?
Nothing in them except pollen...yuck:spew:. If you're talking about the yellow "pods" or "nanners" that is. No seed pods yet, not enough time has passed since nanners showed up. Hopefully there won't be many since I'm harvesting just 3 weeks after the nanners showed up.

take them off now, then the plat is not goin to produce pollen
As I said earlier, this is a stealth grow. I built an entire addition (workshop) just to build a hidden room. Wife doesn't even know so I don't have the time needed to "weed" the weed of this infestation of male spore. She knows I smoke, but doesn't like it and she doesn't participate in my smoking...more for me...lol. I'll be driving home during the day from work to do the harvest. I can't do that often. So I'll just have to deal with the nanners when I harvest. But thanks for the input, I'll remove them before I smoke it though.

I had the same thing happen late into flowering. If you're not concerned about polinating other plants and growing seeds instead of good sensi, then don't sweat it. If you have other plants in your grow that are still flowering, then you'll want to get the hermies out of there ASAP. I had other plants that were weeks behind the hermie I had, so I yanked it and smoked it. It was premature, but still OK-the nanners don't amount to much and won't ruin it:mrgreen:

Well, the buds look really tastey nonetheless. The "nanners" are just going to turn into seeds more than likely. Not really a big deal, the buds will be less potent now, but from the looks of them so far, that wont really be a problem. Good luck.
