I had a blue dream female produce pollen sacks towards the end of the harvest and I found about a dozen seeds when trimming the dry buds from the stems. So if a feminized blue dream clone turns hermie from stress then pollinates itself and produces seeds are these feminized blue dream seeds?

IMO- combination of stress, and plant instability.
Remember Cannabis is an Angiosperm. it has both male, and female plant parts naturally.
All she wants to do is make seeds.

Yes those will be female, but may be more likely to Hermie just like their mother and grandmother.

What are the genetics though. If I take a female sour of and cross it with a male skunk then Ithe seeds would be sour og x skunk. Would these seeds be blue dream x blue dream?

I took the clone off a mother so the plant would also have the same phenotype as the mother but would be a little more likely to turn hermie
