Hermaphrodite in week 7 of flower!?

One of my ants out of 4 has produced banna like pollen sacks. See photo.
It's made one produce a couple seeds others look okay. What should I do as they are still producing white hairs so not ready to crop just yet. Do I need to kill that plant?
Or check tricombes?

There is no pic. Bannanas are a nightmare, not much you can do, you can get tweezers dip them in water then pluck them out then keep re dipping in water, if you haven't many, sometimes they're too immature and don't pollinate anything and your lucky, plants in flower too long can start to throw them out. Or you can chop now if there's a lot.
