Once again thanks to my pessimistic attitude I haven't been let down or disappointed by this. Did you guys really think they weren't going to pass these?

Do we have clinics to actually see a doc in the u of p? I'm certainly not driving more than 4 hrs to find one

Somewhat unrelated, but Obama said he has no interest in the Fed chasing recreational users in CO and WA. Barbara Walters interview

I am in the UP twice a month, and I am here today in Cedarville and Newberry. Tomorrow is Marquette and Munising, then Houghton/Hancock and Iron Mt on Sunday, and back to Marquette on Monday. I do this twice a month. Those are live, in person, visits.

The change in the law will not affect my clinics in the least. I've always met the standards.

I don't see that they went for immediate effect, that means they are effective 4-1-13

naw, but I have it on good authority several realized the significance after the fact, most had no idea what 420 referred to and didn't make the connection, but some of us watching it did and some of the reps noted it later.

Trichn9ne.
He is at the Marquette dispensary that we deal with.
Belle has the number and all the info.

Dr Bob.
My renewal was Skyped w/you. Now it will be 1, in person office visit in Marquette? Is that correct?

I will throw all my info out there cuz I know several are in a similar situation to me.
I had no medical records. No insurance. No doctor. For years I had serious back pain.
I went to North Bluff Chiropractic in Marquette/Gladstone (think you may be familiar with them. They moved
right next door to mj in Marquette). So many visits, come back for clinic. Good to go.
After that (like 6 months) I ended up in ER. After lots of testing they determined I had spinal stenosis.
They referred me to a Neurologist, Neurologist referred me to a bank to get cash before he would see me.
I took that paperwork to your clinic and used that for my renewal.
I still haven't found a Neurologist that will barter with my mj services in exchange for his dr services.
Now I will be going renewal to renewal with no doctor visit except for you.
Will I need to see a doctor again before my renewal?
The Neurologist called me at home to verify that I didn't have insurance.
The secretary said they do not bill people bring $400 for a consult.

Every bit of that is your medical history, yaah. once that history has started, how often do we need to see a dr? if follow up visits are required over the new 2 yr card period, can they be done over the phone?

I agree with Abe, clearly you have history (I wouldn't have certified you without one, even a renewal).

Your condition isn't going away, that is good evidence for chronic pain. What I would do, if I were you, is to see someone once a year to update and show it is an ongoing condition, outside of the certification. That makes you essentially bullet proof.

Looking forward to meeting you. There is another doc that works with me in Marquette, I do mostly pain and suboxone there and he does certs, but you can always request me. I'll be there on the 12th and 26th of Jan.

Well bloody, your buddy Tim tried to demonstrate his 'vast' knowledge of the passed bills, why don't you discuss the actual contents of the passed bills and show how each point hurts patients. Why don't you start with 2 year cards and the right to present a section 8 defense to the jury written right in the law.

I didn't take it as getting fucked. It looked to me like almost everything didn't pass.
What did I miss bloody? They didn't take shit from me. As far as I'm concerned they have never given me shit either.

I have a few months yet. I'm good till May.
I was pretty sure that I should see someone every year at minimum.
Once I found out I had a spinal condition, not just a 'bad back', I've been
scared of chiropractors cuz I don't want more damage done.
I need to figure out a way of seeing a Neurologist
