That sucks. Herbies will offer to reship once more or give a refund (I think). Personally I would probably go with the refund
I have a herbies order on the way and it was in customs for few days longer than normal. I'm a bit nervous lol

Yes, they did offer to resend or refund . I asked for a refund but have yet to see it post.
