any est. on how much floor space is needed for 2 autos?
what are your opinions on hempy bucket vs soil(foxfarm) as far as yeild goes?

i have never used a hempy, but have really been looking into them as i think they sound like an awesome way to grow.. from all that i've read, it seems like a hempy will surely outperform a straigt soil grow.. i've read that as soon as the roots hit the open area in the bottom of the bucked where the nutes and water combo lie, they really take off.. it kinda sounds like a cheapy version of dwc if that makes sense, and i have seen some really huge grows from dwc.
i was thinking of trying a hempy on one of my next grows, but still haven't made up my mind as i don't have alot of room in my grow area and im not sure how many five gallon buckets i could fit in there..

hempy is usually a passive hydro, and hydro is faster and yields better.
I don't like hempies. The idea of water sitting in there for a week sounds to me like major PH problems.

I ran a few hempies and they never did well.

I water my coco\perlite plants once every 5 days and I don't think that extra 2 days between watering worth it.

You should be watering at least every 2 days. PH drops fast in hempy. Getting new stuff in the rez is essential. Should be something like : Nute, PH water, Ph water, Nute, PH water... and so forth.

When using coco\perlite you get pretty much all you get in hempys, and you water less frequently.

I also do coco perlite. What grade coco are you using? croutons, coir or the really ground up stuff?
