seriously man, if ur in the uk (im not sure what its like in any other countries) go to holland and barrett or any big health food store, they sell them buy like 250g, theyre so cheap.
i made a thread about that idea ages ago, cos i almost got a germ rate of 90%, if we sowed them everywhere, no1 could make it illegal, cos itd be impossible to dig all of them up.
back to the hemp being the same as weed, its not. if it has got like .2% thc, think about how much ud need to smoke before ud get high, and not only that is when u farm it, you dont care about the females and males, so all of it is gonna be pollinated, bringing it down to like 0.002% thc.
