Hemp Seeds

Are hemp seeds the same as the seed you find in the bottem of a bag.

i got caught with seeds, what if i told the cop they where hemp seeds.and i was going to eat them before they seized them. how would that go over?

this is a new post that goes off of my old post of me getting busted. im trying to weigh my options.

If they are truly hemp seeds then no you wouldn't get busted. Hemp seeds are for hemp plants which don't poduce the same type of flowers.
They even add hemp seeds to some bird food so I would take that to court for sure.
