Its' HARD AS HELL to see anything in those pictures! I think i can see something on the second picture but not sure. It can be spider mites or some other type of mite. Or, if you are using Fox Farm Soil then it can be the micro-organisms that come in their soil. Either way you may need some Neem oil. But, I am not sure if you can use it that far into flowering.

i think they are thrips, i have a couple, looks like u have lots, apparently they like the bud, look at grizzlys sticky thread.. i havent done n e thing about mine yet, they havent touched my flowering plants really, but they are on alot of my vegging plants.. i think its becuz i have so many vegging i havent found a big problem, but ya i dont know if u can do n e thing about it considering how far along u r into flowering. i wud just keep trying to kill them with ur fingers lol.. goodluck

As I can't really see the bugs on the leaves in those pictures, but if they are white, they are not thrips. Thrips are not white, they are more black than anything and resemble flies and gnats. Check this thread and see if you can identify them:

yes they are white and everywhere

Did you check out the above thread and try and identify them. try and take better pictures or different pictures as it is hard (for me at least) to see them in the above picture. What are the conditions of your plant leaves? Do the bugs fly or are they just crawling?
