Check under the leaves, with a microscope, and look for mites or other bugs. If no bugs, then it's some sort of nutrient deficiency.

That sucks! With the plants being so small, most people toss them, sterilize the hell out of their room, and even their house, and start over. Those little bastards are incredibly persistent. You have to be real careful about what you bring into your room. Never go from doing yard work into your room. Also, don't let pets around the grow. Doing those things is a sure way to get bugs.

It helps to get into the habit of checking under the leaves daily. If you catch pests soon enough, you have a much better chance of erradicating them. I caught mites, while in veg, a few grows ago. I had been growing a plant outside, and they managed to go from there to my grow room. I spent about 4 hours to get rid of them. I drenched all of my plants' leaves with neem oil and Captain Jack's Dead Bug Brew, as well as wipe every one of them down with towels, and using my micro vacuum adapters to carefully vacuum every leaf. After that, I checked on them constantly for a week, until I was convinced they were gone. They're a bitch to get rid of!

After you clean everything in and around your grow space, sterilize everything with a spray bottle, with bleach water. About 10:1 mix. Spray everything and let dry.

You might want to post a new thread over in "Plant Problems" about having mites. You might get some advice on how to get rid of them.

Good luck!

Anytime I've been outside for a while, where I've been walking around my yard, I use my portable compressor to take an air bath before heading in. Anytime I've been working around any plants outside, especially mowing the lawn, I strip in the laundry room and put my clothes directly in the washing machine (not necessarily washing them right away). Then, straight to the shower. Enough can't be said about preventative maintenance. I grow four plants in a 4x4. Even though I don't sell, each grow has a potential value of a few thousand dollars. I look at it like this, if I lose a crop to bugs, that's money I'll have to pay to continue getting weed, which I have medical needs for.

Sometimes it helps to shake a few leaves over a white plate or paper so you have good contrast under the scope

I don't see the tell tale white specks on top of the leafs that usually clue you in to lets say the two spotted mite.
Underneath the leaves, do you see any of them moving around? Mites like to live underneath the leaves, but they lay their egg sacks on top. So, while you're looking for the mites, see if you can see tiny white balls on the surface of your leaves.

BTW, there are a few different kinds of mites, so you may not necessarily see the two white dots.

You can dunk them in water. However, there may be some on the surface of the soil.

No I havent seen any moving on the leaves just the spots and the fly8ng bug kinda long very tiny tho but more oblong shape and he was on my plant and I got him so mites dont fly but I'm not counting out anything yet. And dunking them huh,I blended a clove of garlic and diluted with 12 cups of water, then sprayed them all temporarily. I guess all bugs hate garlic so I figure I can atleast keep damage control down until I can get some neem or something

The flying bug was likely a fungus gnat. Very common get some sticky traps to deal with them.
