Leave it, keep an eye on it, because it really is too early to tell.
But if your topping at that stage, you should have done it earlier, like at when you have 4 node development in veg. How old is the plant, and how long into bloom?

Well it's Been in veg since 11 of November. And I haven't put it in flower yet.

Looks like a snapped branch to me. The first picture is really shiny, I think it makes it look like a seed.

Where? I don't see any, that picture you posted is just a fresh cut. If that's what you're talking about you don't have any sacs.
Look like it could be male to me too. I wouldn't kill it until you're certain, as long as it's in veg it isn't gonna hurt anything.

95 percent male but no reason to chop it yet you have time to make sure... If you all look to the under left and right of the sap droplet looks like some clusters to me...
