Help!

I just got my bubblelicious seeds from Nirvana. After soaking in shot glass (distilled water, on cable box)) for 10 hours they cracked. I then transferred to small cups w/ ffof soil (buried just below the surface) each enclosed in zip lock bags, 3/4 sealed.

1. How long before they sprout?
2. Should I use any lights at this time?

1. 1 day to 1 week
2. yes, I put my straight under the T5 lights right away.

Also, you might have some problems because ocean forest is pretty hot. Some seedlings don't like it and they will die before they really even do anything. I found happy frog or just putting the seeds in rapid rooters works better.
