What kind of lights you got going? It is normal for leaves to turn yellow in flowering, but you are getting more than just yellowing. You may have nute lockout going on there, but the fluch should help. Molasses really isn't the best for hydro. It is more used for soil, it will aactivate the good bacteria in there, but in the water, it just messes things up.....
Looks like you need more light, very stretchy plant there. A few things possibly going on. Take a look at the above mentioned link to try and figure things out.
I am betting on nute lockout, and hence, deficiencies. Do a flush for a couple days, then add 1/4 nutes, then 1/2, then back to full, obviously, paying attention to what the plant is telling you.
Cheers.

I doubt it is burn, the outer part of the leaves don't look crispy at all. It just looks like the root is not getting the nutes to the plant, possibly due to lockout, or rot is another possibility...
What do your roots look like, can you see them? What specific system are you running?

yeah, i'm thinking lockout, too - i mixed the nutes in a small amount of water then into the tank - going to flush and then start bringing the nutes back slowly - should i run flora kleen with the flush? my hydro store guy told me GH is his least effective line and offered me a discount to go with another line - even with a discount it's going to be tough - can you use bat quano in hydro? always had good results with it in soil - mahalo
