IM doing my first grow. I Got seeds from amsterdam and started then in rockwool. They all came up but now the tips of the leaves are turning yellow. Any advice would be appreciated.

rock wool usually needs to be soaked for 12hrs or so in low ph water before you use it....because it is high ph...if you haven't done this,,then your problem may be ph related...I guess you could give them a flush with low ph water once or twise...I'm not 100% sure how you would deal with that....how old are they..??

sounds like they are ready for a bit of food m8 i'm guessing you've had them on water uptil now? unlike soil rockwool contains no nutrients so at first sign of yellowing start them on 1/4 strength formulex or similar seedling/clone feed. i usually start them on 1/8th strength feed after 1 week in rockwool.

I did soak the rock wool in a low ph solution. I have a 1000w light and i moved it away and everything seems to be doing really well now. just the tips were effected. I also flushed with a nuteral solution.

Its hard to believe these gals are only 10 days old!

thanks for your time and expertise folks. Cheers
