have they got any drainage holes in them solo pots?? it looks like nitrogen toxicity or over watering

Have drain holes.
holes in the bottom of the pot, so excess water can run out of the pot, otherwise the soil gets too wet and for long periods of time, without them, you cant guage watering properly, well not untill you get a feel for what your doing.
i have no experiance with these dial down/up leds, just the cheep led giant light bulbs i baught as an experiment, great for one plant for a while, but useless after that.

so you must be talking a larger controlable light, i bow to others knollage of those lights. im a MH/HPS grower

I put 6 big hole, but I will just transfer to my fabric pots tomorrow. I got a S44 AC Infinity Light.

Humidity and light intensity are fine. 40% rh can be pretty normal for me this time of year. Only "issue" I've experienced with low rh is slower growth compared to ideal vpd.

I'm thinking maybe a little over-watering or hot soil or both.

On their site it says their soils are coco based. I've never grown in a coco base, so maybe the coco guys can chime in.

of course its crucial that you dont overwater them!
but, go to 30% and aim for a 300ppfd woul be my bet seeing them... if not really heavily overwatered.
