Help

They are not hard to get rid of, not resistant like spider mites. You can literally wipe them off and use a general insecticide, nothing expensive or branded. Some would use neem oil, natural stuff, etc. But you are early in flower and I would be tempted to spray them with something stronger, but only from a standard garden centre. Wipe most of them off before and then spray if that’s practical to do so.
