Help!!!!! WTF is wrong with this plant?

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone could help me diagnose this prob...seems like over-watering but not sure. The plant is bone dry and still looks terrible...still growing frosty buds tho! It had its stem broken, in an accident, a few weeks ago...that part has heeled but the plant is still droopy as hell and the leaves feel crispy. It gets even worse when I do water the thing. I'm not sure how to help this poor girl out so any input would be very helpful. The plant is 1 of 3 plants under approximately 500 watts of cfl. I checked ph and that came back 6.7, the medium is 5 parts hyponex potting soil, 4 parts peat and 3 parts perlite planted in a 2 gallon pot. i don't want to give up on her but if the prognosis is grim then I'll be forced to evict her, to make room for the 2 healthy plants! Last pic is of the 2 healthy plants.

Looks a little N toxic. Have you tried just using some plain pH'd water for a few waterings to see if the leaves perk back up???

Well the break point is healed I believe...just a big ole' knot and the plant actually hasn't had much nutes because it's looked like this for 3 weeks. I water with pure 7.0 water and the last time it was watered was last wednsday. i'll try to get some pics of the snap point now and post.
