Sciarid flies also called fungus gnats aren't too hard to take care of if you want to keep your plants going. I've had them before. The biggest harm they pose is in their maggot stage they chomp on your roots. The adults don't do a whole lot of damage (as far as I have gathered from experience) but ruin the quality of your buds by getting stuck in them.

You have them because your soil didn't dry enough between waterings. So first thing you want to do is don't water until you lift/tip your pots slightly and they are super light (dry). Go to the point your ladies start drooping slightly then water.

Yellow cross pattern sticky traps will catch the adults. I've also heard a plate with molasses on it will attract them and they get stuck on it (haven't tested). Get some horticultural sand from any garden shop and cover the top of the soil on each pot to smother the larvae and stop them from emerging. If they don't emerge they can't lay more eggs and you end the cycle.

If you don't get on it quick though you should just cut before more and more adults emerge and get stuck in your buds.
Just what I would do anyways :P. Good luck.:peace:bongsmilie

Start with 2 Tbs of Liquid Seawwed with 1 Tbs of 100% pure molasses per gal of water. Spray them, big time. Your Ladies will thank you, and the bud will be the best tasting shit anybody has smoked. Flies or not, this needs to be done anyway. All natural & healthy. No Chems.
