Help with subscribed threads

Hey folks, I know this is probably a dumb Q..
I HAVENT ever manually subscribed to ANY threads..
BUT everytime I post in a thread, or make one it automatically gets subscribed

WTF is up with that and how do I stop it.. Its spamming up my email box

I went inside my user CP, and can view the subscribed threads folder, BUT I CANT or dont know how to delete the threads.. NOR do I see where there is an option to STOP the automatic subscription to threads..

Help me stop this please, someone

does the same shit to me. i cant figure it out. my email is FULL of rollitup posts. its getting annoying.. SOMEONE HELP!!!

go to myrolitup
go to edit options
turn off email notifications

BUT will I still be subscribed to all these threads?
Id rather have the option to subscribe, rather then just every thread I comment under being subscribed.. thx
