Help with stealth surfing

Hello, I saw this link posted in another part of the forum by one of the members. However, they didn't exactly explain how to use it. Could anyone here help me out with this?

It's a proxy.

A lot of proxys dont let you log into things and stay logged into things... Such as Tor


You will have to keep logging in over and over again (assuming, I haven't tried that specific one)


theres various others, such as hidemyass.com

Or programs integrated into firefox, like Tor, and Tor button... Right now I could click enable Tor, and I could have the IP address of somebody in Japan
