What do i need to add/edit/change to this? I'm trying to make it as full as possible, with as little holes as possible... Thanks
We, the undersigned, would like for marijuana to be legalized with certain restrictive laws for the use of medicating by patients.

Additionally, business owners would have to obtain sales permits, which would generate money for local governments. The tax money obtained by local, state, and the federal governments should also be taken into account. This can help to pay off the astounding deficit at both federal and state levels.
All in all, there would be few problems caused by the legalization of medicinal marijuana. There would, of course, have to be certain restrictive laws placed on the use and possession of medicinal marijuana, similar to those laws on the use and possession of alcohol, and holding a medicinal marijuana card prescribed by doctors. For example, age requirements, public intoxication laws, and laws against driving while under the influence. On the other hand, marijuana-related crimes would decline, as the smuggling of marijuana would become much less unprofitable.
