Help with pruning please (pics)

Well, this one is at the end of 3rd week of vegetative stage (five weeks from sprouting) and almost 18 inches. Because of the room's limits, i want this plant to be at most 25 inches at the end of flowering. By the way, this plant formed preflowers 28 days after sprouting! I don't know why...

Should i simply cut the last 6-7 inches (two nodes length, last picture)?

Thanks.

Or is it too late?

These preflowers almost seem like flowers. Anybody have an idea of what stage of its life cycle this plant is at? Are these preflowers or flowers?

I was thinking to get a cut below the top node (4-5inches) and another at the second node and use em as clones, is it possible or am i too greedy to expect such a ridiculous attempt to be successful? :weed:

clones from the lower branches usually root better but you can do it if you want just give it time to recover b4 you flower

i hate to tel you but even if you cut that baby down to have the height it is at now its still gona be way taller then 25 inches by the end of flowering so your best option is to LST as tussel said or SCROG hope that helpps

my baby shot up from bein about 14 inches when i put her into flowering and the 10th day in she is now about 24 inches so like 10 inches in 10 days most plants can double even triple in size by then end of flowering
