Help with nutes please!!!!!

My plants are now 5 weeks old. They have only ever had 3 doses of diluted nutes. I started them flowering yesterday and I need to know what nutes to give and how often, and when to incorporate molasses into the mix. I'm a bit terrified of nute burn! This is my first grow so any input would greatly help. The plants are in Scott's premium potting mix with a bit of extra perlite thrown in. They are under 10 26watt cfls of mixed spectrum + 2 68watt 2700k cfls. I water with well water (I live in the sticks) that has a ph of 7.0....pure and tasty and plants love it!! So what kind of nute regimen should I incorporate? Please help guys I'm so nervous and only halfway there!!! I would like to keep the plants as happy as they are now!

I'd definitely get a ppm meter and use about 600 ppm of totalgro or dynagro or Genral hydro
every week.

lookin good, they actually def need some nutes pumped in thoughs babys... theey look low in somehting mabe calcium?
but anyway i use
-bat guano organic
- sensi bloom part a and b
- bloom plant food
-fish water
-sometimes superthrive

keeps it close to organic
with no nute burn even when i put a bit more than i should put in the water

Did I mention this was my first grow? I have some miracle gro bloom booster...15-30-15, some 20-20-20 or 12-4-8...all those other things I would have no idea where or how to get!
