Help with my newborn seedling.

I've been taking care of my first grow for a bit now. This is day four of it's growth and I have a couple questions. I have It growing out in the sun on my back porch. It has 2 little leaves and 2 even smaller leaves. I was wondering about transporting it to a new pot when it is ready and about watering.

I have it in a Small blue cup with good drainage. The cup is about 4 1/2 inches tall and about 3 inches wide. There's about 3 inches of soil in in. The plant's maybe almost an inch tall now. =]

How much water should I be feeding it and when will it be ready for a bigger growing environment?

Give it some time. Sounds like a solo cup. I still have 3 in these and they are 30 days old.

For the watering it depends on where you live. Stick your finger in it every day and see how moist it is. From there you should know.

actually its not the best idea in my opinion to test when to water by sticking your finger in the dirt, i have always been told to water, feel how much it weighs and then dont water till its really dry
it depends though, i have heard different things
