ok so i currently have two grow rooms one for veg and one for flowering. I will just be discussing my flowering room in this thread...

The flower room is about 7 feet tall and 10 feet long and about 4 feet wide covered in mylar.... i have two 600 watt lights with digital ballest and euro air cooled reflectors from htg.com... The room does have a window in it so it could be used for venting... I have two 6 inch inline fans from htg and 2 16 inch regualr fans for blowing air around....

The thing is the way i have it set up its not helping with my heat issues. Its sooo hot in my room all the time... I did just have one 600 watt light aqnd it was fine but since i added another one its off the wall in there.. I realy need some help with cooling my room off... Should i get a ac unit or somthing.SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!!!!

Can you cut holes in drywall? If so put the exhaust near the top of the room. Have an intake of "cooler" air to help you will heat problems. Do you have any plants in there right now? does it get too hot with just one 600 w?

Your shades, do they take the hot air from the lights and blow it around the room? Ventilate your hot shades and this should cool your room. Have intakes of fresh air to cool your hot shades and room taking it from a non heated room. (if you can not make holes) Pictures would help as well, then I could pin point your problem.
