So I now know a couple have stretched to reach the sun, from when I had them in their original planters, so I get the lengthiness of the two tall ones. the one in the red planter is the one I would like to know if I can make her taller and fuller (lst/topping) She is starting to grow hairs and she isnt but yay high!!! take a look and let me know!

over watering is stunting

1 cup of water for the first week every 24 to 36 hours for air bags 36 to 48 hours for regural pots

2nd week u move to 2 cups of water
3rd week go to walmart get a spray bottle fromg ardening section it has fluid oz on the side 2 cups eguals 8 fulid oz ........increase the amount of water u give at own rate u can start nurts now at 1/4 str .............mix it up in a gallon jug then pour the amount into the bottle then pour from bottle on plant what ever is not used with in 12 hours toss out and make a fresh batch when u need

yes while they are small is best .......tekdc said layering was doing him good so when u move it just have the roots starting off in some seeding/starter soil and u should get a great responce.......do water when u transplant with little so the plant is not shocked to baddly .........i am just learning this stuff too but next time try the jiffy plug method it has worked for me

i just figured u were watering little heavey since i could see about 80% of the top wet .........do u have one of those 4 and 1 probes

jiffy plag watered up and squeeze 3 times get little out make hole put seed in put plug in the middle of your final planter add dirt on top half cup water ontop around and 4 to 7 days u have a 3 inch spourt

wow ..............ok buddy here is what u are looking for these things u can order from here or hit the local garden store (real one not just walmarting ) this thing saves my butt so much from over watering check if low then water ........moist ph light and temp this will help u take out varbiles if they get sick later

i am finding that auto's roots are going about 2 inches under the soil and bushing out then a few thicker roots go to the bottom and bush out there

so if the bottom is normal and the middle is little dry and the top is normal u are golden the water and nutrs are at the right spots

Boston, thank you for taking the time to write this to me!! IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. the autos are in this scotts potting soil i bought, i have a lot of seeds i bought so this was kinda a test run to do with other seeds i have in the past, i have all kind of seeds going from bag, to a auto i got last year to these seeds i have (peep grow journal) i dont really have a watering schedule, i go out here daily and check em, thank The Most High for em :) , and water as needed, when I get my $ tomorrow I will hopefully get my grow room finished, move em inside, and buy organic soils and things I found online, what would you suggest? and should I start them in 5 gallons? along with regular growing Ill be doing hydroponic in a fishtank with 3 plants, so pretty excited, i have a super nice HPS light so any ideas are greatly appreciated, its hard getting replys so i doubt i post in correct manners lol but thanks again

well i transplanted three of the babies, and one of em isnt looking so good, her little ol leaves curled up i assume because i didnt transplant quick enough, she is still standing and the leaves tho curled look a lot better than when i first transplanted... will give a few days to recover and see what happens... wish me luck

after looking at the pics you would have to know some things like the age of the plants and the medium you are growing in. it looks like it is bark mulch or something. i now that young autos are sensitive to PH issues. my soil medium PH was low stunting all four of my plants and causing lockout. i managed to save two of them but two others just stopped all together.
the first thing i would say is be very weary of anyone who will diagnose your problems from a picture even if they have your entire grow log in front of them.. i would def take it with a grain of salt any advice someone gave me from a pic with no info attached. like this kid takes one look at your pics and tells you it's over watering.. even though not one plant in any pic shows a single sign of being over watered. how did he come to this conclusion.. your shit is wet.. maybe i missed your post of your watering schedule. however i do see some pics where your single fan leaf has turned yellow. they are so small that i'm sure you aren't giving them nutes yet and the color doesn't look like it is from burn. my plants did the exact same thing when my PH was too low. again if that is bark mulch IDK if you are just using it for watering purposes to not disturb the top soil. i know they use a lot of pine bark in some mulches which would be very acidic.. so i would say keep an eye out for PH issues... personally what ever that is on top i wouldn't use it on my marijuana plants.. but without more info i probably already said way more then i should have.. again be very weary of people's advice

oh ya and FYI don't get that shit 4 in 1 meter they are useless if you don't have a PH meter you can get cheapo PH pen meters on ebay

thank you, she isnt looking too good, but im gonna keep the faith, keep showin her love and hope she pulls thru. i went to homedepot and bought some organic vigoro soil and some perlite have not added any nutes or anything... just want to make sure she pulls thru first

usually i can tell by looking at the growing medium
and he can probably tell the way we can all tell if there over watered slow growth
they look healthy other then the soil being to compacted which would lead to over watering top will dry out but the bottom stays wet
a few of them also appear to be praying for magnesium
just my 2 cents
which nowadays isnt worth squat :D

pics are all you need to give sound advice
lack of drainage on a auto even in a 5 gal makes you end up with comparable results to a 6" pot this i know from experience

and in that amish fuckers defense he has some very nice plants and knows his strains well
english is not his native tongue so he may be hard to understand sometimes but said pretty much the same thing i would of said
the tester may be worthless to a old head but to someone new it might be all it takes to let them know that there soil isnt right for auto's or there watering is to frequent
ive grown auto's for few years with the occasional photo period
and one thing ive noticed is all mary jane likes high drainage soil and auto's like it alot more then photo's

even though you appearently cant tell anything by pics or guess the age of auto's from pic's by the way they look >.< right ok back to the point
View attachment 2724730this one is showing preflower its a little over a month in a 9 cm pot seems to be the same size ?View attachment 2724731 left 2 weeks roughly right was in a 9cm pot then transplanted into a 1 gal at a little under 1 month same age as the first pic

View attachment 2724732View attachment 2724733
these two are pushing the 9 week mark and have been flowering for the last week and a half roughly
just for some comparison

all the info is helpful but with a auto bro age doesnt matter it lives until its complete there are stages and normally the stages are at a certain time >.<
which you can often tell by the way they look

i was showing examples of what a stunted 1 month old looks like for comparison

the OP asked for help not someone to troll up a argument
and its not like you or anyone else can step through there monitor to see whats going on
you seem angry
and rather young
cant wait for school to start back up and thin some youngsters back out

if you click the pic it blows it up then mouse wheel and ctrl works the zoom
the soil looks like mostly sandy loam
and some mulch more then likely pine which is very acidic when decomposing
bad drainage = ph issues from salt build up
you may grow medical bro i wont argue with that
but ive grown auto's and only auto's for the last few years
like 3 of those babies which arent actually babies if you go by time frame
are praying for magnesium i can tell that from the pic also
and i have grown a few outside and have a few going now
indoors and out i use the same mix just less perlite outdoors and i layer my soil so i dont have drainage issues

lets start over if you stay on the forum long enough in the autoflower section you will see this same question asked over and over
its repetitive i have done it myself and have seen it done 100 times easily in pics
but you know what ever

there is a thread that jeffdog started https://www.rollitup.org/auto-flowering-strains/652871-advanced-autoflower-training-tips-secrets.html

where me and a few other's have pretty much outlined what is needed and the qwerks of auto's

and i grow under led's and cfl's btw

i agree with not jumping in and taking anyones advice
but i have had problems that i have fixed from advice from right here with only pics
you cant take one persons advice its like a voting booth when you have no option but to go to a forum for advice the highest vote wins
and i said that i would of said more or less what justugh said

honestly i water everyday its 100 degree weather out here ... 2 plants didnt make it so i planted 4 seeds 3 have semi sprouted the 2 that i transplanted are still alive and growing slowly, they are in organic soil from homedepot, in another post i said exactly the brand... my midget mimi is a little droppy but i dont have her limbs tied away from eachother so it appeared the 1 leaf fan leaves were weighin her down so i clipped em lol fingers crossed she ok, i havent moved any of them inside which then i can control things easier.... so kinda just wingin it.. i have more seeds, im noticing some of the seeds i got arent as good as they were advertised on the site, oh well you get what u pay for, so we shall see i am hoping with love they are ok...
healthy debates im cool wit and if anyones interested i love talkin bout corruption and the illuminati lol sorry for goin off topic, happy grows all, love respect, shalom!!

it the heat............u have them on the back deck (assuming no one can see it )

u need to make a shading system for those hot hours direct light is not good at those temps (above 92 94) ...............watering every day is about right anything over 86 normal i am giving mine a litter to almost half gallon in 3 gallon pots dry 24 hours later

even in shade light is getting to the plant not the full amount but enough to register on my light meter as normal low
