help with my 4 week old plant!!

I just left them with out water for 1 day an they came back up and one more question would it harm a 5 week plant and a 3 week plant to be put outdoors if its grown indoors

Well the soul is perlite and I'm using two 23 watt cfls and 1 14 watt cfl I'm planning in buying 3 42 watt cfls and 4 more 23 watt cfls would that be better or is it just a waste of money one these plants

There, now I can see it..lol..ya it needs a bigger pot, and it looks like ur soil is wet, do you have holes in the bottom?? is it draining ok? It looks like too much waterin goin on to me, I water my plants twice a week and I don't soak them, just a half a cup to a cup (depending on size of pot) and to the edge of the pot never on the stem, make them look for water to develop good strong roots, they'll tell u when they want water...here is mine at 21 days...(I love showin my babies off)..
Your last one actually looks like 1 of my runts...here it is..she's just a slow growin girl, she'll be big 1 day..lol

Make sure u keep them lights close, like 1-2 inches from plant, and repot at 3-4 weeks that root ball is probably bound up...if watered properly..

Ya I started with just 3-26w bulbs (100watt equivalent) @ 6500k, and added 2 4ft hoods (for top light w/2-54w 6500k & 2-43w 2700k) and I have 3 sets of double CFLs with a mix of 6500k & 2700k (more 6500k cuz I'm vegin)
But you will want to get more lights soon..mine took off pretty fast (plants) so make sure ur ready for it...good luck
