Doesn't look like gsc to me.
I agree with kgp, Cookies has a much more distinctive structure, and I'm not seeing it. I just finished a grow of Platinum Cookies from clone and here's what she looked like for comparison. The first one is her in veg and the second one is how she finished out.

Good luck with your grow, I'd be interested to see how it unfolds, keep us posted.

As for if it's a naturally purple plant, I've found that a common genetic marker for this often shows up in early development, here's an example.
Signs of a purple plant.jpg
As you can see, it has what I refer to as "bruising in the armpit", on the bottom of the first set of leafs. This plants mother, Timewreck, showed that same trait, she then turned burgundy, and purple, in flower. I had this trait also show up years ago in some Purps I was growing out from seed and the results were the same. Now not every color changing plant will exhibit this trait, but, every plant that I've had exhibit this trait, has changed color in flower.

I'm more concerned with those black dots on the fan leaf.

part of the leaf mang, either resin glands or water, my camera makes it seem like theres mites or some shit on the leaves. Lets just say with all the fans blowing and in a greenhouse there about to be a little something caught on the leaves.

either your clowning or are you trying to tell me something? Man GSC "thin mints' all the way.
GSC is not a strain.. say you take white widow x big bud for example.. if you sow 1000 seeds and 1 of those 1000 seeds tastes like a unicorn crapped a rainbow in your mouth so you call it "unicorn rainbow crap"... Follow me so far?? Now lets say you get a rapper to start rapping (marketing) about this "URC".. Now if I am the only person who has the 1/1000 "URC" and I never give a cut out does that mean people who have white widow x big bud seeds can now claim to have "URC"??? Hellll noooo... If you find a seed out of the "URC" is that bean then "URC"?? Kinda... But what you really have is another of the 999/1000 which is just a crap ass big bud cross..

People pimped that GSC shit waaayyy out.. Made me kinda feel bad for her.. self-esteem must be shot by now being treated like that..
