I Just Bought A Hps Light System , But The Ballest Gets So Hot That It Burn My Fingerz Is That Normal?

pretty much. like blisters burn, or like pull your finger away and have a bit of redness for a bit burn?

Dont Know But That Shit Gets Hot, You Think I Put It On Top Of Somthing Cuz I Just Left It On My Carpet? It Wont Burn ?

nope. you could mount it somewhere if you're worried.

you have it on a carpet? Get it off A.S.A.P. A ballast should be mounted up and off any flammable items. Try to get it up off the floor to avoid fire, and or water from spillage or flood issues.
