Help with hermaphrodite hash query?

First time caller but a long-time listener. If you know of a thread where the answer may be please point me in the right direction. Thanks for all help in advance!

Strain: dragon cookies
Grow: outdoor in the California sun medium: Emerald triangle recipe 420 potting soil
The seeds were planted on 5/20

So my “mostly” successful first grow got its revenge with surprise pollen sacs about 6 weeks ago. Not sure if the Hermie #1 pollinated the second plant or they were both went Hermies... water under the bridge.

My question: when bubble hash making should I cut up the seed – buds before I do or just throw them whole into a bubble bag? How hard should I explore for seedless bud pockets? Any other ideas on how to salvage tasty trichimes and potential flower for consumption?

They are not for sale but rather gifts and personal use so bag appeal/quality pricing considerations are not important.
