ive grown inside now for a bit and had a couple decent harvest but i dont have much room so i would like to try growing outdoors but i live in a dessert and it doesnt rain almost all summer. i found a small creek that has water in it until late summer then dries out. would this work for a couple of plants

Try to find those expandable water crystals. Then mix in to the soil of the grow.
And be ready to lug in water for the rest of the year when the creek dries up.
