Help with Germinating my Green House WW!

Hi guys, 3 weeks ago I germinated 3 of my ladies - Alaskan Ice, Chrystal & King's Kush, the 4th - White Widow has not popped yet while the others that did are 2 weeks into veg!

I used the Moist paper towel method for all of them but the WW has only briefly opened showing the root but not gone any further..

I have left them in the in my airing cupboard in the dark and kept her moist, even covering the tray she is in in cling film with small holes to keep her moist and warm but no luck :(

Is there another method to get her to sprout?

try rockwool it usualy works and has a very high germ rate with the least amount of shock to your plants or the shot glass method, pop the seeds into a shot glass with clean water, wait for them to sink, up to 12 hours and then put in your growin medium, if i think of any more methods i will tell you. good luck

oh and by the way where did u get your seeds from coz they could be dead.

Thanks for that I will try the shot glass method :)

A friend gave me lots of fem seeds he didn't want, the others were ok but this is taking longer... I can see the seed has started the open with the whit coloured root showing a little so I don't think they could be dead?

how many do u have, if you have more than 4, put 1-2 in soil n see if it grows.:bigjoint:

i hear u can sandpaper her shell a little, sometimes the shells are too thick and makes them take longer, if u sand paper her gently and take off a small layer of the shell it might get her to sprout. try searching more about it if your interested.

I popped her into a shot glass and she sank straight away? I then removed her added her to a pot so hopefully she will take to the soil and sprout! :)

My friend only have me one of each seed, I have left - Pure Power Plant, Big Bang, Aurora Indica, NL5 Haze Mist & Haze 19 x Skunk. What do you guys think of these?

i dont understand why your friend wold give you free seeds when he could just give you cuttings, seems suspicious to me, they are very good strains tho.

wait maximum a week and if the seeds dont sprout then you prob got dead seeds, if they do would u mind makin a grow journal so i can see how it goes. good luck:bigjoint:

He got a bit carried away and bought loads! The ones he used didn't turn out that good and didn't try again.

I have started a page with the 3 I have at the moment mate have a looks in my recent topics! :D

sorry mate cant find it, maybe u could put on a link, i would realy like to see how this grow goes.
