help with flowering cycle???

ok i was jw for the 12 hours off should it be pitch black in the room. because i have a little light leak. Will sex not show if there is any light in there??? So if anyone can help please do.

The darker the better, total black is the best. As far as a light leak, if it doesn't "shine" right on the plant(s) you should be OK. The bad thing about it is that you do run the risk of your plant(s) turning hermaphroditic. If there's any way to seal the leak, that's your best bet. The plant(s) will still show sex, but as stated, light leaks tend to stress them a bit during flower, so the darker the better.

thx bro so i take it i deff shouldent show my plants when there sleeping lol

you're going to turn your plant into a hermaphrodite and kill it's yield and have a shitty harvest or even kill it if you flip the light switch on and off

After the switch in lighting schedule, they can show sex as soon as two or three days, up to two weeks or so. It depends on the strain, how well taken care of they are, stress, and maturity of the plant. Mine typically take anywhere from 4-10 days to show, but I let mine veg for about 3 months also, I like mature plants.

nobody knows, every plant is different.... but a week or 2 is a good estimate

another thing should I keep my fan on all the time because mine turns off when my light does??

My fan stays on 1/2 hr after lights out.....just to make sure thing cool down.

the darker the better......but it really doesnt matter if you have a little light leak, cuz if you think about plants growing outdoors, on a clear night they have the moon light and some nights it can be very bright........and you only leave your fan in the room that criculates the are on for 1/2hour after lights out?? i leave mine on at all times so that the air in the g-room doesnt go stale and sit there, you want it circulating
