help with flors

i just bought 2 flors one is called sunshine 20w 875 lums full spectrum the other is for plants and aquariums20w 750 lums red and blue spectrum is this good for seedlings.if not what should i get and where no hydro shops by me my cabinet is 3 ft w 2 ft d 4 ft t it was shiped but together dwc flors are mounted one on each sideand do i use one of each or just one kind. thanks
