Help with cooling rubbermaid grow box

Temps in my veg box have hit 89 degress today i have 6 cfls in there and two pc fans on bottom side on over top the lights how can i bring the temp down or should i just add more co2 so that the plants deal with the heat better

Any way to make some sort of diy a/c

It was like 92 outside today so what ima do for the future is freeze these gallon jugs of water and drop it in next to the fan that way it can cool the air atleast for the next couple of days their autos so im just waitng for them to show than their going under the 400 watter in a grow tent than im just gonna leave my fem ww in there by herself to get all the lovin that thoes cfls can offer her
