Help with Aphids. I think. Pic included

So I noticed a lady bug on one of my plants and started looking closely under some leaves.
Found little white or translucent little bugs.
Hit them with neem that night and set lady bugs after them the next day. To my surprise the next day they multiplied x3 at least. Since then I waited 3 days and sprayed top and bottom of plants with Spinosad (Monterey brand). Last night was day 4 since first application of Spinosad and I hit them again with Spinosad. Today they have again multiplied.
These are in a outdoor garden. I believe there leaf aphids. Any and all advise appreciated.
Thanks!

first thing with aphids, you need to check for ants.
after you took care of the F***** ants you can continue.

how many lady bugs you released? did you follow the guide how to make them stay? do you have ladybugs eggs?
did you wait long enough so the ladybugs larvae will hatch? the larvae are the ultimate aphids threat...

I let go 30 a night twice this far. I thought i had the ants gone but i did notice a few are back. Not sure about Lady bug larva. i look into that. i smashed a cluster of orange ish to red eggs last night. Hopefully those were not the lady bug larva.

Is there a good spray for killing the little pricks?

I used ladybugs to control aphids in my tent last year. It took awhile for the larvae to appear, but eventually they took care of the aphids. Of course, once they did, they died off, and the aphids came back. I've also used lacewings but I couldn't get them to stick around. The ladybugs stayed for generations. I had pupae all over my buds.

Neem oil works well for killing them, but you have to spray often. If you don't completely eradicate them, they'll be back with a newfound resistance to neem oil.

lots of things will kill aphids but most will kill the good bugs also.

I used insecticidal soap on them, killed them all in no time. I used the Safer brand pre-mixed because the local store had it, going to order some concentrate.
