Help with 1st grow please?

So I started my first grow, did a fair bit of research but ofcourse still going to need help all the way through.

So I'm growing 2 clones lemon haze, I recieved the clones already rooted from someone else. I planted them on Friday evening.

I'm growing in 20litre fibre pots ( rootnurse ) growing in coco ecothrive charge 70% perlite 30% , I'm currently using 1 300w cfl which I might change next week for 600 MH. Temps between 25 - 27.4degrees day time, 20 - 22.4 night time, first few days it got too hot and too cold until i learnt how to use the thermostat on my heater.

I turned my outtake off as it was making humidity too low, but window is always open so air should be getting in, 60 -75% humidity. I'm controlling humid and temp best I can but it fluctuates between these numbers.

Using 18 hour light schedule, planning to top the plants once and veg for 4 -5 weeks as they grow too tall.

I'm feeding metrop feeds. MR1,ROOT+,AMINOEXTREME and CANNA CALMAG

On my first ever feeding the both took about 4litres each with run off, and roughly 2.5 days to dry unless I judged the coco wrong.
On 2nd day they both took 2.5 litres each with lots of run off, I could here the water flowing down like a stream on the inside of pot. I mixed all feeds together and followed the recommended amount, I put 5ml extra of calmag by accident both times.

I can pull the side of the pot back and thers quite a gap, have I not filled the pot propally with coco like thers spots of missing coco maybe? They both shared 1 50l bag with a little bit remaining.

So now my plants show nutrient burn so I knw I need to half the dose or even more, this next week I will feed just water, but do I need to PH that water or jus give it as it is?

Can the put ot being filled propally have any effect or should I jus pull sides back and fill it and tap it down a few times?

Pics of my plants below, can someone tell me what's wrong with them? Leaves ar curling Have I over or under watered as they are drooping, when I fed I spread the feed throughout the whole pot top half seems jus moist but bottom is soaked, and I've taken all run off out of trays.

1 plants run off measured 5.4 and the other measured 6.0, I made the mix at 5.8.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Don’t worry too much about time scale, except with watering and nutes, let the plants do the talking and youll do fine, but in my opinion I would upgrade light as soon as so you can get used to the temps etc

Might be just overwatering. My seedlings and clones get transplanted into a 1 gallon, and I’ll water 1x per week. When I have to water 2-3x’s per week, I’ll transplant into a 3 gallon where they will flower and finish. I’ll only water 1x per week, and by week 8 they will be at 2x per week, just in time to harvest. Good luck, and Cheers

I have no experience with coco but remember smaller pots are more forgiving to overwatering. I would have left those in solo cups for at least another week or two. I think people pot up too soon most of the time.
Consider 1/4 strength fertilizer to start and never push them too strong on fertilizer at any point in there life, it ruins your end product. Keep it simple and don’t get sucked into having 10 bottles of stuff to try make it grow.
I also think you can stop monitoring humidity for now unless you experience extremes.
Your biggest hurdle this grow will be stopping yourself from watering prematurely and resisting the temptation to buy more supplements if things go wrong.

Thanks for all the replies, I know I've deffo made way too strong of a mic the first 2 times they've had 6.5 litres each so I'm glad I've realised after 2nd feed and now I will deffo reduce the strength I just need to try and keep the same ration as the feeds come as a set thers like 4 bottles but 1 is jus calmag basically, the other 3 are feeds you jus use these same things all the way through and just change the base feed when going into flower, i dont know any1 who's tried these but there from Amsterdam and all the top shops used these apparently so you use the whole set together. People online have had amazing results with them. Although this is my 1st grow where I'm feeding and looking after, I did do another 1 through the summer, it's just i had another guy watching and feeding and doing all the gardening, I just sorted the environment out. And those feeds we used were not brilliant, so I have something I can compare to.

So for rest of this week once soil dries up abit I'll just give water, for 1 week and then back on feeds?

Well before I got my clones I used to test my tent by running my 600w hips right from the top with everything on , and got a feel for temp literally perfect, I just used this cfl as i didnt knw if they could handle 600w.
