Help wiring up a fan

Hey gang, i was in wal-mart the other day and they had some 5-6 inch oscillating fans on clearence for a couple bucks. But they only had a plug in for a automobile cigarette lighter, is there a way to wire this to a home outlet?

you would need an inverter to switch it from a 12v to 120v or vise versa

no an automobile cigarette lighter socket/outlet only puts out 12volts house voltages are 240volts.
