Help why is my plant flowering?

I'm growing 4 plants and 1 of them looks to me as if it's starting to flower. I just had to move them in to more shade due to construction in our backyard but I doubt that would be enough. All 4 plants are different strains and the one I am talking about is purple punch and it started end of march.
Let me know what you guys think and what I should do about it. I was hoping for another month or 2 before flowering....View attachment 4594366

My guess is you put them outside before we had enough hours of light

No before we got 14 hours of light I had supplemental lighting I think it is because of the new shade I had to give them. I guess now I'm just wondering what's the best way to re veg them.
