Hi all , spotted this at lights on .
Only one I can find like it , the leaf in question is at the bottom of plant and one of the earlier ones in growth ..

What is it ??
Sign of deficiency ?
Normal in flowering?

cut that stupid leaf off so you dont have to consider it.
as you're nitrogen is naturally decreased in your flowering nutrients your plant will indeed show deficiencies. these show first in your lower fan leaves, just like the trees outdoors, they change colors too, when their resources are decreased/fruiting/seeding are coming to a close.

they look awesome!

So you'd say it's just natural yellowing that occurs when flowering ? I knew it would start at some point , just been trying to keep her as green as possible for as long as possible lol

i say its natural for some lower fan leaves to stop photosynthesizing toward the end of the flower cycle.

tobacco growers like to keep their plants " as green as possible" too, they fertilize up to the day of harvest even. This is why they have to cure their product, for so long even after its dry, just to make it usable. the excess fertilizers/unburned carbohydrates taste like shit just like in mj
Notice ALL quality nutrient feeding schedules include the eventual reduction of nutrient ppm in general as the plant matures and a significant reduction at flower onset of nitrogen especially...

sticky bug cards--yellow, not black, or pink, but yellow, like dying ill leaves on a plant
old dying leaves on the plant, in the dirt are really awesome places for bugs to breed and mold to grow.
fungus gnats love mold

Nothing is wrong ...its perfectly normal for a bottom leaf to diminish.
Nice plant...she looks healthy to me. Leave the leaf alone...no need to cut off..Let it naturally fall off.

Yeah I figured that it would eventually fall off , is there a certain pace at which I should expect the rest to start yellowing ?

Keep em green
Only time i like to see yellow is when im about to chop lol. But all strains are different...some will turn yellow sooner and some wont at all ;) ...just to many factors to account for.

She's a Beauty:bigjoint:

Haha thanks , I'm gonna keep her feeding for a while yet. She's meant to go 70 days so I'm telling myself 80 as a rough way of working out when to drop certain things like big-bud and introduce things like overdrive lol
But the plan around it all was basically keep it green for as long as possible , atleast that way I know she's happy :) I'll get sleepless nights over yellow leaves haha
