help w/wilting plant

Hey everyone,
I was recently out of town and upon returning my three plants looked a lot sadder. It's been two weeks and they are back to kick add except one. It's in soil, born mid November and still vegging.
The plant is just really droopy and wilted, there's no discoloration or anything. I don't know if it was maybe over or under watered in my absence.
Any tips for bringing the baby back to life? I'm wondering if increasing the lighting might help?
Also its about time to be transferred to a bigger pot. I feel like that would be unnecessary trauma to an unhealthy plant though and should probably be avoided. I don't know though? Any advice would be helpful thanks
I just don't want to do anything that going to hurt her!

Don't know what happened to your plant, but I believe more light is not going to help.

If your droopy plant is rootbound, repotting it will help (might even be the reason it's droopy).
