:dunce: My girl and I are thinking about opening up our own dispesarie, and we are hopeing we could get some details, from You guys, about the process, and exactly what we have to do to be a legal dipensary?

Figure out which city, in which particular State, you want to operate. Then contact a lawyer that specializes in that area.

But it seems the better money is to be made in selling guides/books on how to open one, rather than actually owning one.

I strongly reccomend you contact "Altitude Organic." They are a company that specializes in helping people to open their own dispensaries. I am actually a shareholder of this publicly traded Medical Marijuana Company. They are an amazing group. Look em up.
