Help!! Transplanted my babes and most are falling over!!

They were in my humidity dome for two weeks, then when I transplanted 9 to bigger pots (4" pots) the very next day about 6 are totally leaning over. used rockwool for seedlings then transplanted to a lite organic potting soil.
I may have possibly over watered them??
T-5's and two 24" florescents.
Wanting to move them into Veg room soon to get outta that lil closet (not enough ventilation)
Have moved three previous babes to the veg room and they are doing well.
Any ideas ladies and gentleman?:leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::

Nah, they weren't overwatered. Even of they were placed in a muddy soup, they wouldn't get damaged, in only one day. Overwatering takes some time, a couple days, at least. Were you careful to not damage the roots? Are you sure they aren't underwatered? Temps too high?(above 85* could do it, if the humidity is really low) What's the PH of the water you gave them? Anything added to the soil?

Sounds like he transplanted into too dry of a mix, or too soon (Not enough root development), or not hardened off from the dome.

I very seldom, if ever, use a dome for more than 2 days.

Wow I'm glad I only did 9.
Just looked a minute ago and they are about wilted and damn near dead.
Temps probably a bit too high.
I'll have to check it as it is and get the next group ready tomorrow.
Can't say I was as gentle as should be with the roots.
Nothing added.
don't check my ph, just leave water out for 24 hrs then add some squeezed lemon.
Gotta get some rooting hormone from the local shop tomorrow and do the transplant a little better.
Well atleast that's what I get from the responses~thank you all.

Too new to even know what hardened means.?.?.
Have to read up on it.

Ah yes, Hardened, I did that despite even knowing what the definition was.
It came natural with some common sense.

Read that lemon was a more natural way of bringing down my ph.
Although yesterday I went and bought ph down and superthrive, trans planted the remaining seedlings and low and behold: Today most are dying if not all of them.

domes are fine... it is very dry here in winter with gas forced air furnace... without a dome clones wont survive here for me.. just make sure when u transplant no nutes and bury to the first set of leaf... n water good.... buy some ph down (not expensive) and 5 $ will get u a ph test kit with small vial n dropper to test your tap water..

Yep I'm in MI same prob.
Got the PH down stuff and some superthrive.
But needles to say today 26 babes are DEAD.
Back to the basics 4 me Corso312. Thanks for the advise though.

dont use superthrive... not needed ... ph'd water will do fine for first 5 weeks of the plants life.. good luck bulldog
