HELP transferring from rockwool cube

Have about six ladies in rockwool cubes going on day 7, when am I gonna want to transfer them to pots/cup and what process do I use to transfer them? I'm a n00b

I assume you want to put them into pots w/ soil, Right? when the roots start coming out of the rockwool, just bury the cube into your soil.
